Every Bite
We have start our “Street Food” on 2004 and during that period, we only attend few event per year. However, our stall was very popular on every event, so we decided to start a pop-up stall regularly on market in Perth.
Our first pop-up stall start from March 2015 in Growers Green Farmers Market in Fremantle every Sunday morning. We also attend few big Japanese event such as Japan Festival, Melville Matsuri and Chilled festival in Japanese school in Perth. After operating 1 year, we have built a food-van and start operating as a mobile food vendor.

Japanese Taste
Our menu all comes from popular Japanese street food start from Takoyaki (Octopus ball), Yakisoba (Japanease fry noodle), and Gyoza (Japanese dumpling). We also cook traditional Japanese soup noodle “Ramen” and “Udon” in some events. Our food is all coocked by order, so it’s always fresh!
